WashBuddy 30-Day Limited Warranty
WashBuddy has a 30-day limited warranty on the WashBuddy manifold. WashBuddy warrants that any defects of parts furnished by the seller within 30 days of the date of sale, and which have not been damaged due to faulty installation or abuse, will be replaced at no charge for the same or similar product, without allowance for labor or consequential damages. Any such replacement is conditioned upon WashBuddy’s inspection to determine any defect, and WashBuddy’s determination shall be final.
Brass Hose End Connections Brass hose end connections have a 30-day limited warranty to its customers that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, WashBuddy will replace, free of charge, the part or parts found to be defective under reasonable use and service, as determined solely by WashBuddy. WashBuddy reserves the right to inspect the defective part prior to replacement. Liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of defective parts. This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including, but not limited to warranties for fitness, for use or merchantability. No agent or representative has the authority to waive or alter this warranty in any way.
Claims Claims for errors, damages, and shortages must be reported within 30 days of receipt of materials and supported by a signed copy of the carrier’s delivery receipts. (P.O.D.) WashBuddy assumes no responsibility for unsigned claims, or for claims filed after the 30-day period.
Return Goods No material will be accepted without our express written permission and a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Any materials authorized to be returned will be subject to a minimum 25% handling charge. Only material originally sold by WashBuddy that is in clean, resalable condition and verifiable by invoice number will be considered returnable. Special order items are non-returnable. All freight and shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the returning party.
Refunds For any items approved for a return and refund, the refund will be issued as money back to the original form of payment, minus a $20 deduction for shipping costs.
Exclusions The limited 30-day warranty does not cover damage from freezing, dropping, or from consumer neglect.
Shipping Costs Should a WashBuddy product need to be returned for inspection, repair, or replacement, the consumer is responsible for all shipping costs. This includes the initial shipping charges to send the item to WashBuddy for inspection, as well as the return shipping charges to send the replacement or original item back to the consumer. WashBuddy does not reimburse shipping or freight charges under any circumstances. If a valid form of payment is not provided to cover the return shipping costs, the WashBuddy device will not be returned to the consumer.
